In Budget 2004, the Minister for Finance announced that the termination date of the qualifying periods of each of the above schemes will be extended from 31st December 2004 to 31st July 2006, in respect of certain projects namely:-
Projects under the Town Renewal and LOTS Schemes, for which full planning application has been received in the relevant planning authority on or before 31st December 2004. (Please note this condition does not apply to the Urban Renewal Scheme or the Multi-Storey Car Parks Scheme).
