Operations & Maintenance


 

Fermoy Town Council is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of 6 kilometres of urban roads and public footpaths.  Fermoy Town Council received a grant from the Department of the Environment in 2004 for €253,000.
The following works will be carried out during 2004:

  1. Black-Topping of Monument Hill.
  2. Repair of Concrete Channel At Monument Hill.
  3. Repairs to Footpaths at the following locations:
  • John Redmond Street.
  • Emmet Street.
  • Connolly Street.
  • Pike Road.
  • John Anderson Place.
  • Chapel Hill.
  • Monument Hill.
  • Wolfe Tone Park.
